Sharing experiments
Share experiments via link — recipients can view the gating workspace, scatter plots, and statistics without a Cytomaton account. Shared views show a "View Only" badge and the gating toolbar is hidden.
No FCS file attachments, no version confusion. Share a link and your PI or collaborators see your exact analysis.
Comment threads
Add comments on specific gate nodes. The comment panel auto-scrolls to the selected gate for easy discussion. Email notifications are sent when new comments are added.
This is useful for remote collaboration — review gating strategies asynchronously without scheduling a meeting.
Gating templates
Save any gating analysis as a named template with version history. Templates show what changed between versions, not just when.
Lab tier features: Shared template library visible to all team members with a visual badge distinguishing lab templates from personal ones. Clone a lab template to create a personal copy.
Templates can also be imported from FlowJo .wsp workspace files.
